Swerve seed oils
Seed oils are extracted from the seeds of various plants and are highly processed. We never include them in our recipes! Instead, we use healthier fats like coconut oil.

Dairy isn’t inherently bad, but all our ingredients are dairy-free. *However, our cereal is made in a facility that handles dairy, so trace amounts may be present.

Hey! I’m made by soaking and pureeing dates into a thick paste, then simmering it down into a rich, smooth syrup. No refined sugars, no artificial stuff—just pure, natural sweetness!
Coconut oil & sugar
Hey there! I’m your naturally sweet choice over refined sugar. I am less processed and have a lower glycaemic index. And don’t forget coconut oil—it’s packed with healthy fats and a much better alternative to seed oils.
