Is Superkeen allergen friendly?
We take allergens seriously at SUPERKEEN. All of our ingredients are allergen-free, and our manufacturing facilities are cleaned and tested to ensure that no allergens are present on the line. However, the factory where we make our products in, handles dairy, so our products may contain trace amounts. For those with severe allergies, we always recommend speaking with your GP for guidance first. We are working towards being 100% dairy-free!
What is seed oil and why don’t you use it?
At SUPERKEEN we focus on nutrient-dense, unprocessed, and natural ingredients that help not harm your health. A lot of the seed oils you'll find in foods undergo extensive refining processes that strip away nutrients and introduce harmful chemicals.
What is the AIP diet?
The AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet is a science-backed nutritional approach designed to support those with autoimmune conditions. It focuses on nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods while avoiding ingredients that can trigger inflammation or disrupt gut health, such as grains, dairy, nuts, seeds, and ultra-processed foods and additives. SUPERKEEN is AIP-friendly because it’s crafted with organic, clean ingredients that align with the AIP diet principles. It’s free from grains, dairy, nuts, and seeds, contains NO additives, flavourings, sweeteners, nor refined oils or sugars.

Is SUPERKEEN Cereal suitable for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)?
SUPERKEEN cereal may be suitable for some people with IBS, depending on individual tolerance. We always suggest consulting with a medical professional or dietician if this is something you struggle with. The low FODMAP diet, designed to reduce IBS symptoms, limits certain short-chain carbohydrates that can ferment in the gut, causing bloating and discomfort. SUPERKEEN contains small amounts of ingredients that are considered high-FODMAP like date syrup and coconut sugar, which are unlikely to trigger symptoms in moderation (a 30g portion size of SUPERKEEN). Its allergen-free ingredients, such as tigernut and cassava flour, are considered low FODMAP support digestion but may cause bloating in some individuals due to their fibre content. We recommend starting with a small portion and consulting a dietitian if you’re managing IBS or following a low FODMAP diet.
